Casale il Ginepro is immersed in the woods, in a shaded area. The pool is not far (about 50 m away) on a grass lawn which overlooks the valley and is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.5 m, complete with outdoor shower, sunbeds, a portable stonework barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1600s and has recently been restored. The ground floor features a large living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the garden, a large kitchen with dining table with direct outdoor access, one small bathroom.
On the first floor, guests will find a small living room with TV, 2 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom with shower.
The second floor has a large living room, 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which have a private bathroom with shower, one bathroom with shower.
Location
The house is part of a farm, in a hilly location (800 metres above sea level) surrounded by woods and dense vegetation. The farmhouse boasts a great view of the whole valley, which is quite isolated despite having a few nearby houses.
