Positive: Everything! They really went out of there way to make the place welcoming. It was very clean and smelled clean as only houses in Italy do. Cute decor. Kitchen had spices, salt pepper and oil and was very well equipped. There was a nice coffee machine and coffee pods, milk and sugar. There was a problem getting out of the building on my first day (swollen door) and even though the owners were out of town they sent someone down to open for me within minutes, and by that afternoon had made a copy of the keys that worked. You can't always avoid problems, the important thing is having them resolved and the structure passed the test with flying colors.

Negative: I loved everything.

Summary: Clean, central, and a great deal, the owners really go out of their way to make everything perfect.
