THE SPACE:
Casa De Playa - Beach Townhouse is located at Holloways beach a short drive (15 minutes) from Cairns city and all major attractions.
The air conditioned living area opens out onto an undercover patio and private swimming pool. Laze in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have quality mattresses and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed. Please note bedrooms are accessible by stairs only.
The apartment has a main bathroom upstairs with another toilet downstairs as well as an inbuilt laundry, and high-quality towels and bed linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware including a coffee maker and a few other staples for your convenience.
The fabulous private outdoor area with undercover dining flows to the swimming pool, gardens and outdoor area to help you relax and enjoy our tropical climate.
A private carport fitting one car is included in your reservation.
PLEASE NOTE:
Both bedrooms are on the first floor, accessible by stairs only.
The garden and pool are maintained regularly every approx 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener or pool guy come during your stay (weekdays), they do not access the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
However, some items for your convenience are available to purchase from our mini convenience store/honesty box. Feel free to use and replace these products and check the box on the menu, to avoid paying a restocking fee.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.
Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

• No glass around the pool.
