The house is accessible by key code. A code is provided just prior to checkin.
All parts of the house, front and spacious rear yard and bbq are accessible by guests.

Captains at Kingscote is located right opposite the seafront. Why not play a game of cricket on the foreshore or take a walk to Kingscote shops cafes along the bike track...or for those in the know, visit the Yacht-Club (a short walk) for dinner on a Friday night.
There is parking for up to 6 cars off-street at the property.
Note: There is a security camera on-site for guest protection. It is located under the carport at the entrance to the property.
House to be left clean and tidy on exit. Dishes need to be put away or in the dishwasher with the dishwasher on. The kitchen should be left as you found it (or an additional cleaning fee may be charged).
No parties or noise can be heard beyond the property after 9pm.
If you accidentally break or lose anything, please let us know so that we can replace it before other guests arrive.
If you use the barbecue it is your responsibility to leave it in the same condition as you found it. - Please be courteous to other guests as cleaning resources are extremely limited on the island.
Furniture or pictures and ornaments are not to be moved or additional cleaning fees will be charged (Minimum 2 hrs).
Guests who attend the premises overnight that were not part of the booking will be charged at $100 per person per night, if the total number of people exceeds house capacity your booking will be canceled immediately.
Fish and Shellfish are not to be left in the fridge or rubbish bins, they can be placed in public bins or taken with you. A private collection charge of $50 will be passed on so that the bins do not smell for other guests.
