Summary: Bar staff very helpful. Our cabin was about 10 min walk from reception, no wifi signal there. Clean linen. Kitchen facility very poor, oversize pans that didn't fit the hot plates. No kitchen storage space. Grounds needed weeding. Don't book a semi cabin as the walls are so thin you can hear everything next door. Pool was closed & shop and very limited stock. 20km from Florence
