Positive: Perfect location a short walk from St Marks but in a quieter neighbourhood with local shops and bars on Via Garibaldi. Hotel is very stylish and comfortable and they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. Breakfast was excellent and staff welcoming and helpful.

Summary: Perfect location for romantic Venice stay.
