Our 4 bedroom open planned living home has everything you could need, another great inclusion is you can bring your pets along with you. There is a fully fenced secured yard out the back.
Congregate with the whole family in the Kitchen and living are that also opens out on to the deck and enjoy the stunning sunrise. By the sea is the perfect design for the larger families, especially with the huge fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, double oven, stove top and breakfast bar.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have plenty of room and storage, on the main living area there is 3x bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with 2x single beds also on this level is the bathroom with walk in shower, corner bath and a separate toilet.
Head downstairs to a second living/rumpus room with plenty of room to store kayaks, sup boards, bikes or surfboards securely. There is also the fourth bedroom with queen bed and the second bathroom with toilet and shower, great for when you get back from the beach. This bottom part of the house can be access by the internal staircase or by the garage roller door.
Bring your boat along and make use of the designated boat parking area out the front.
