Located just minutes away for the local shopping centre with a Woolworths, a 5 minute walk to Murdoch Train Station and 2 minutes to access Kwinana freeway by car.

This a cute and comfy compact but airy home well suited to short or long stays
Modern new appliances make everything easy to use and with seating for 5 in comfort, watching the match or your favorite program on the flat screen TV adds to vibe and experience on offer.
Guest Requirements:
1. All Adult Guests are Required to Provide Government Issued Photo ID
2. A redacted copy of the credit card used to make the booking payment
3. A selfie of you and your government ID
4. All of the above requirements must be completed before you will be provided your access information.
Your keys are stored in the Keybox which is located next to the front door - right side. The code will be emailed to you after booking is confirmed and all requirements are completed.
You have total access to the property including the extensive outdoor entertaining area which includes a mains gas BBQ.
You are however requested to Not Enter the rear garden shed - its a storage area and contains no items needed for you to enjoy your stay.
We live close by so if their is any issue or you need assistance, we are more than happy to help you out and respond to any matter that arises in the shortest possible time. I'll do my best to answer all of your queries ASAP
Bull Creek is a quite neighbourhood with most being professionals and retirees. It's location to public and private facilities including Hospitals, University, Shopping Centres, Public Transport and Freeway access, makes it highly desirable for all guests.
The home is just a few hundred metres to the shopping centre and a walk to the shops is the norm. You'll also be able to walk to Murdoch Train Station and with a car, access Kwinana Freeway or South Street - the main North - South and East West routes in the city.

While we don't permit events or large parties, you are welcome to have a few friends and family over for a BBQ or dinner party.
Special Requirement: To ensure we can identify our guests, we will require Photo ID for all persons over 18 years of age who will be guests at the home
As the neighbourhood is generally quite, we require that our guest respect our neighbours and the overall atmosphere of the nearby surroundings.
We don't allow large events or parties but welcome you to host small family gatherings at the home such as 60th Birthdays, Christmas Lunch/Dinner and the like. We've had lots of guests stay at our homes who have come from overseas and used the homes in this way - very respectfully - and we encourage you to do the same.
We also require that all events end no later than 10.00pm. Adolescents and children must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times.
