Enter on the ground level, and you will be invited into a spacious living areas featuring a large plush sofa, soft cushions and an amazing view. This floor also provides a bathroom and a double garage as a games room with a pool table and a ping pong table.
Follow the ramp down to the next level where you will be wowed by the expansive kitchen featuring a large island bench with concrete benchtop, wall oven with separate gas hot plates, dishwasher and all the kitchen amenities you could need. Enjoy the large dining table which has seating for 14 guests, or retreat to the large corner sofa where you can relax and watch the ocean whilst enjoying the gas fire during the cooler months.
The sunny outdoor dining area features a built in BBQ and dining table which makes outdoor entertaining a breeze, or sit on the front balcony on the lovely outdoor setting while you enjoy your morning coffee.
The ramp then leads you down again to the next level where you will find 4 spacious bedrooms, each featuring their own ensuite and built in robes. Three of these bedrooms have a king bed. Bedroom 4 features 2 sets of single bunkbeds. This level also includes the laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Follow the ramp again to the lowest level where you will find the Master Bedroom featuring a king bed where you can lay and enjoy the stunning ocean views. The ensuite also allows you take in the views through a well placed glass wall. This floor also features the 3rd living area, which opens out to an outdoor entertaining area.
