The Cottage sleeps up to 3-6 people, depending on visitor bedding requirements. All beds a Queen size, with one in each of the two bedrooms and the third behind a curtain for privacy in the sunroom/sleepout.
Open plan dining/living area is spacious and with well equipped kitchen adjoining. A single bathroom has both a shower, separate bath and vanity. A separate toilet adjoins.
The location is quiet and in an elevated position directly over the road from Bluff Rock Reserve, the least known of the four peaks of Albany. Plenty of outdoor space surrounds the cottage and off-road parking provided.
Beautiful Middleton Beach, the Albany CBD and Princess Royal Harbour are between 5-10min away. Naked Bean Coffee Roasters (and Cafe) and the local Spencer Park Shopping Centre are both just a short walk away.
