Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker - Caffitaly - BYO pods - can be bought from any Woolworths store, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, dining, lounge area with views, ceiling fan, TV, XBox 360 (byo games). Free WIFI.
Main bedroom with ensuite - vanity, walk in shower, w/c, bedrooms with fans, main bathroom - 3 way - vanity, walk in shower, bath, w/c. Laundry with sink and top loading washing machine.
Undercover area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for cars and the boat.
Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Bed configuration - bed 1 -queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 singles, bed 4 - tri-bunk (please note bottom bunk is double bed size mattress but to be used as a single bed only - there is only a single bed quilt on this bed - top bunk is single size).
