The family home is surrounded by beautifully lush gardens and a large covered deck that wraps around the house.
Kitchen - The modern and generously sized kitchen is flooded with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere and is fully equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop, a coffee machine and a large central island bench with seats.
Dining
There is a 8 seater dining table and chairs. Also two barstools located at the island bench.
Bedrooms
The house has four spacious bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - A large master bedroom with a Queen bed - a walk in robe and a spacious light filled ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with built-in in robe
Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed - (double on the bottom and a single on the top) with a built-in in robe
Bedroom 4 - Sofa (can be turned into a double bed upon request) - this room also offers a stunning piano that can be enjoyed by the guests.
Living Area:
Living area offers a flat screen smart TV, contemporary electronic fire place, ducted heating and cooling. Perfect place to relax with a book or a movie by the fire place.
