In the heart of Woden, this home is spacious with a hint of 50's style. It has been redecorated throughout albeit the kitchen & bathroom which are mostly original (we love the pink bath!). Plenty of off-street parking, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 2 separate toilets, washing machine, separate dining room & separate lounge room. It is a 10 minute drive to the City and 5 minute drive to the hospital. Westfield is a short walk or drive away. Unlimited Wi-Fi, large TV & lovely views over Woden Valley!
This home is spacious enough for the whole family or group trip away. There is central heating & cooling to keep you comfortable in Canberra's climate. There is also a secure backyard and it is pet friendly.

This is a spacious home on the first floor. There is a self-contained apartment on the ground floor (occupied by a long term tenant).
Guests have exclusive use of the first floor home and the backyard.
Only the driveway and garage is shared with the downstairs tenant.
We are accessible via Airbnb messaging.
For your peace of mind - please note that the downstairs tenant has their own private access to their ground floor apartment, so they do not have access inside your home on the first floor or the backyard.
Please note there are approximately 16 steps up to the front door. Once through the front door, the home is all on one level.
If you are staying on a Sunday night, we may ask you to pull the outdoor bins to the roadside for Monday morning weekly collection.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released two days after checkout.

This is a peaceful neighbourhood. It's a 1st floor home with a tenant living on the ground floor....so a couple of basic rules:
1. No parties allowed. Zero tolerance.
2. Noise curfew 10pm, so no loud music or loud talking/shouting past this time. This is out of respect to the neighbours nearby.
