Look no further than this quintessential beach house so close to the waters edge you could throw a stone onto the sand. Offering breathtaking ocean views, BEACH HOUSE ON THE BAY is in the prime beachfront location.
Bring your bikes to make use of the pathway right at the front door or jump in the car to the Busselton Jetty only 8 minutes down the road.
If you want to discover more, Margaret River town centre is only 45 minutes away or 25 minutes to see the beauty of Dunsborough/Yallingup/Eagle Bay.
In total the home is 3 bedrooms, a sleepout/bunkroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
- Both the dining/living area and master King bedroom have reverse cycle air conditioning units
- Ceiling fans or wall fans or pedestal fans are in each room
- Smart TV to living area
- WIFI is provided
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher & Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge/freezer, combined oven/stove-top, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots/pans, crockery & cutlery
- The King master bedroom has views over the ocean & ensuite bathroom access
- Also in this wing of the house is a Queen Bedroom
- In the back wing of the house is another Queen Bedroom and the sleepout/bunkroom at the back (please note, there is a window between these 2 rooms but it does have a privacy blind treatment)
- The Bunkroom provided access to second bathroom/laundry room/toilet. It has 1 x single bunk bed and 1 x tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)
- The laundry room houses a washing machine & dryer, toilet and the main bathroom with large shower
- The backyard is also accessed via the Bunkroom and has lawn for the kids to play securely
- Out the front of the home is an outdoor seating space with a gas BBQ and panoramic ocean views
- Plenty of parking is provided in the carport & driveway

* Our 'Basic Starter' package - these are STARTER essentials including tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper sachets, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay. No other pantry items are provided.
- Beach towels are NOT included
- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months
-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.
