DOWNSTAIRS - features open plan kitchen, dining and living space and laundry with second toilet. The open plan living area boasts fantastic views over Caseys Beach and has a Smart TV with Netflix and Reverse Cycle Heater/Air conditioning.
UPSTAIRS - the main bedroom also has fantastic views and it's own Balcony with Queen size Bed and built in wardrobes. There is a Second Bedroom with a Triple Bunk (1 x Double & 1 x Single Bed). There is also a second lounge area with TV, DVD Player and some games for rainy days. This lounge area has a futon lounge/bed (please note futon is single bed size and only 1800mm long).
KITCHEN – The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including Dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Machine. We provide a small welcome supply of tea, coffee, milk, cleaning supplies, salt and pepper, cooking oil, glad wrap and tin foil to help you feel at home straight away.
BATHROOM – The Bathroom has a Shower, Toilet and Vanity (no bath). A hairdryer and some starter amenities are provided.
LAUNDRY - Laundry has a washing machine, iron & ironing board and cleaning supplies. The laundry also has a second toilet.
OUTSIDE - You have full use of the Pool and BBQ Facilities within the complex. The Townhouse also features a 6 seater outdoor table and chairs in the undercover alfresco area for your private use. The complex also has a large grass area perfect for play.
CARPORT - There is a carport provided for the Townhouse and extra guest parking if needed. Please note the carport is not attached to the Townhouse.
A Portacot & Highchair are Available on Request at time of booking (please bring own linen for portacot).
Please note the pool is not heated.
