This beach house is just a stones throw from Scarborough's iconic beach (200 metres). It is light, open, breezy and fully equipped for a family of 6, or 6 adults.
It is situated an easy one minute walk down to Scarborough, where you can find pristine beaches, restaurants, bars and amazing sunsets
This house has three off street parking bays, including a garage, wi-fi, and a full kitchen with everything you need!! It is close to major shopping malls (Innaloo & Karrinyup) and offers easy access to the freeway. It is children friendly and offers a secure rear courtyard.
This Beach House is an entertainer’s paradise with plenty of options; rear courtyard to enjoy the morning sun to read the paper, the large kitchen; or the lounge room for all day sun & evening sunsets. The rear outdoor area has a 3 Burner Gas BBQ and large outdoor setting.
There is a split system air-conditioning unit in the living area and the Master Bedroom and Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have pedestal fans if required.
We provide clean sheets, quilt covers and towels for you to use. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap are also supplied. There is a washing machine and dryer with complimentary washing powder. The large kitchen is for you to use with tea, instant coffee and an array of cooking supplies.
It is a two storey property with approximately 12 stairs leading from the ground to second level - a child safety gate is available for use if required.
