Price is for the whole house. Wonderful hardwood deck upstairs with undercover area for dining. Relax and just watch the world go past and enjoy the views to the beach. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors leading onto upstairs deck. Clean, with modern furniture. Relax in the comfortable lounges and sleep peacefully at night to the sound of the waves.
