The space
This is an original 1984 house with modern amenities.
We've installed a 10 Kw solar panels system, a 10 Kw battery, a 16 Kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted heating and cooling with 4 zones and new roof insulation.
Guests will sleep in one big master bedroom with en-suite and a king size bed, one other king size bedroom, one queen size bedroom and one room with two single beds.
The kitchen and the dining area overlook the back yard. There are also a large living room and a play room to the front of the home.
The living room Smart TV has Netflix for the guests.

Summary: Felt the property was a long way out of the city area and places of interest. Better fitting linen would have been appreciated. House was immaculately clean. Would have liked the two bathrooms to be more accessible. Nice quiet area.
