Description
The apartments “solaria 1 & 2” are located in Ospedaletti, which is a very pretty little seaside resort situated on middle way between Sanremo and Bordighera on the Liguria Riviera of Flowers. There is a nice promenade, beautiful luxurious gardens, tennis club and an additional 1mile sea long promenade with palm trees and since this year a new bicycle track which connect it with San Remo and further on for 24 km east side until San Lorenzo always on the sea side. All type of bicycles are on rent in different points along the track, the first one at 200 Mt from Solaria. In the resorts all shops are available and a couple of them also provide on request home service for alimentary. The best of Ospedaletti is anyway its particularly mild climate during the winter months. Ospedaletti owing to its fortunate position protected by the hillfrom the north winds enjoys at least 5 degree centigrade of temperature more then Sanremo itself.
Our holiday apartments are situated on the sea front on the 5th and top floor ofthe building Rosengarden 1 which is situated in a luxurious privateMediterranean garden right facing the Liguria sea.
The apartments situated at about half a mile from the resort centre have been recently completely refurbished and are very comfortably fully furnished, including Tv, washing machine (for linen). There are two double bedrooms, one of them with large double bed facing the sea, the Solaria 2 with twin bunkbeds and the Solaria 1 with twin separate beds on the rear/garden side, both with living-room with sofabed/ divan bed for two, kitchen corner, eating table, also facing the sea.Fully equipped bathroom, 13 mq terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with table, chairs and two lying chairs. The heating system is with gas and is privately controlled from the apartments by a thermostat.
All these characteristics allow to enjoy at “solaria 1 & 2” a relaxing and restful holiday, accompanied by the sweet noise of the sea.
