East Tempy is a fully renovated house bringing simplicity and comfort to your holiday and evokes the start of family traditions - enjoying BBQ's outside, constant comings and goings to the beach and the odd game of cards or good story telling on a late night around the fire pit. Furnished for comfortable holiday living with quality furnishings and fittings to ensure your stay is relaxing and fun.
The house comprises of polished floors which gives it that great effect of enjoying the feeling of yesteryear with the comforts of today. There is an open plan living area and plenty of windows throughout to provide loads of natural light. The modernised kitchen - dining area offers a dishwasher, microwave and cooker and the bathroom has a separate shower and bath and there is a separate toilet. There are four bedrooms consisting of 3 queen beds in 3 rooms and 2 bunks in the 4th bedroom (sleeps 10). Please note the 3rd queen bedroom is up the spiral staircase.
A fantastic deck provides good space for a BBQ set up. This home is located only 2 minutes walk to East Beach. It is also equipped with a reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating split system. Make East Tempy your home away from home next time you plan your beach getaway!
There is also a fully self contained bungalow, which sleeps another 4 guests. The bungalow has a queen and bunk with a modern bathroom and separate toilet. For your convenience there is also a TV, bar fridge, toaster and kettle and a split system to cater for all seasons.
