Positive: It has the potential to be a great house for large family groups.

Negative: Many things were either broken or unloved. Main tiolet loose and windows very dirty The main gate post is rotten, so the gate wouldn't close properly. Upstairs and downstairs are not connected internally. Screen and glass doors would not lock easily with the keys. The rubbish bins were full when we arrived till the council came.??? We left with them full also, sorry, next user.

Summary: This house could have so much potential if it was loved.
