We are open for breakfast daily, reception hours are from 08:00 - 19:00 daily. public holidays we close at 18:00, afterhours check available, please contact hotel to organize this, chargeback will need to be completed prior to check in. housekeeping is not provided daily unless requested by 10am, major cleans provided every 3 days, this hotel is pet friendly with limited rooms available, please ensure you read room descriptions and book the correct room. $50 pet fee applied per day, please note, the pool is operational during staff hours daily. we do ask guest read signage when using the hotel pool facilities.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces, hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from 2026-01-01 until 2025-11-09
