Bathroom completely renovated in November 2023, with large shower. Living room with flat screen TV. Balcony at the front, brand new heat-tight windows throughout the apartment, AC inverter in the rooms + central heating. Free WI-FI semi-Fibra. 2US floor (Italian 1) with elevator ----------------- The apartment is located a few minutes from the center, easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes or by tram, in a quiet neighborhood inhabited mainly by Florentine families, very well served by public transport (tramway T1 STATUTO stop, ticket 1.70/90min to be stamped on board). The Fortezza and Palazzo dei Congressi exhibition areas can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Parking on the street or in the Fortezza-Fiera garage (20 euros per day) ---- Check-in is done in the presence of someone from my family or someone I trust. You will be asked to sign a rental contract for the stay and to pay the tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence (6,00 per person over 12yo, max 7 days), which we must collect.
