3 Bedroom House in McLaren Vale
This is an entire luxurious house, for self-catering situated centrally in McLaren Vale, with 3 double bedrooms; 2 with king size beds and 1 with a queen sized bed, across the road from a lovely park. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite and there are 2 living areas as well as an outside entertaining / BBQ area. We have installed a new kitchen and have renovated both bathrooms adding a third toilet.
The house can accommodate 6 people with beautiful bedrooms and garden views as well as leather electric leather recliners in the lounge that over looks the park across the road. Breakfast provisions are provided to cook at your leisure on your first 2 mornings.
Breakfast provisions for 1st 2 mornings. The property has a garage with electric door and solar electric panels, so feel free to run the ducted air conditioning for your comfort without impact on the environment. Each of the main rooms have electric roller shutters for total black out if desired.
The location is 500 meters or a 5 minute walk to Hardys Tintara cellar door, Oscars Restaurant, the Almond Train Cafe and the local pub. Guests can relax in the garden at the property to enjoy a drink and a BBQ.
Being central to the town guests can drive to any of the wineries or beaches in the area or walk down to have a great coffee or pick up a pizza from Oscars. Coles and Foodland are a 10 minute walk, this is a great Foodland with a fantastic cheese section and sushi bar.
This is also a great place for cycling, there is space in the garage for bikes and the Coast to Vines Rail Trail including the Shiraz Trail is 300m away.
All bookings are twin share. When booking for up to 4 guests, therefore only the 2 King Bedrooms available. The third bedroom is usually locked and is only available for bookings of 5 or more guests. If the 3rd bedroom is required with 4 or less guest $50/night extra.
When the booking is for 2 guests, you would have access on the main bedroom and ensuite only. An additional $70/night for accessing the 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom.
All rooms not booked and paid for will remain locked.
Extra bed, adults and children will incur a further charge at $50/person or bed per night.
