Villa Nicola is a vacation villa rental just kilometers from Vinci, Tuscany, the birthplace of genius Leonardo da Vinci.
The property has recently been renovated and divided into two units, one of which is lived in by the property owners (who do not have access to the rental unit or the garden while guests are renting).
With 6 bedrooms and large common areas, Villa Nicola can accommodate up to 12-13 people. The house is equipped with all modern amenities for a relaxing stay, like WiFi and air conditioning.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private pool and spacious garden. Villa Nicola is nestled among the vineyards and nature of the owners' farm. During your stay, you can taste their white wine, red wine, rosé and olive oil.
Villa Nicola's strategic location is within easy reach of Tuscany's main art cities like Florence, Pisa, and Lucca; as well as the charming towns of Vinci, Cerreto Guidi, and Montecatini Terme.
