Located right in the heart of Tuscany, just a few kilometers from the medieval village, it enjoys a very good position in the Chianti hills and immersed in the green meadows and vineyards typical of the area.
The apartment occupies entirely the first floor of the building, with an area of ?120 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 people and has three double rooms and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, dishes and glasses and has appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, electric coffee machine, moka. The living room is very spacious and includes a fireplace that is perfectly integrated with the structure and a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 extra people if needed. The apartment is also equipped with 22 "color TV with digital satellite and telephone system from which you can make and receive calls directly.
Outside, guests have at their disposal a private garden area, equipped with a table and chairs to pleasantly have lunch or dinner outdoors, an umbrella and deck chairs to be able to spend moments in absolute relaxation.
