The large comfortably furnished lounge room has a 55” lcd smart tv (connected to the internet), Blu ray player, Bluetooth hifi system with cd player and a telescope for viewing the land/lakes and the stars at night, all situated around the modern lounge suite, wood fire heater and split system.
Enjoy a BBQ on the deck which features a10 seat table and chairs, a 6 burner bbq and 2 bird feeders which attracts the local parrots or just relax and soak up the view, what better way to spent your holiday.
The main house has polished floorboards throughout with 3 bedrooms , 2 rooms each with their own Queen size bed with pillow top mattress and large built in robes, one with its own ensuite . The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds also with pillow top mattresses and a huge built in robe. There is a second bathroom with toilet, shower and separate bath.
The unit is a fully self contained carpeted unit with a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, separate lounge with 32” lcd tv with dvd , a large lounge suite ,a deck with outdoor swing, bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. It also has its own kitchen with electric oven/cooktop and a fridge/freezer.

The house is a 900m drive from the boat ramp and shopping centre and is only 80 metres to the lakes edge, fishing spots, the boardwalk that leads into town or around to Karbeethong Jetty. The yard is adjacent to a large grassed reserve, making this the ideal property for the whole family to relax and enjoy.
The Garage is set up as the ultimate games room for the kids or the big kids at heart, it contains a poker table, table tennis table, billiard table and still has plenty of room to park your car/boat. There are fishing rod racks on the walls and plenty of space to store your gear. Off the garage is the laundry with washing machine,2 sinks, a shower and loads of bench space.
