A short stroll will take you to Poddy Shot (one entry to Wilson Inlet) where you can drop in your kayak or boat, fish off the jetty, wade or skip stones with the kids. A three minute drive will take you to Ocean Beach or Prawn Rock Channel & you can be in the heart of Denmark town in 5 minutes.
Leisurely walk down the road to Mount Hallowell Reserve for a bush walk through the beautiful Karri forest or enjoy a more serious hike along the Bibbulmun track.
A fantastic house for all to enjoy one another's company playing games, meals or watching your favourite shows together. For quiet time, disperse into one of the many areas for some downtime & seclusion including the huge front lower deck, private upstairs deck or adults retreat.
Whilst the kids (real & fur) are safe & sound playing in the enclosed back yard, sit back & enjoy sipping on your favourite white or red, either watching them from the back deck, or looking at the beautiful water views on the front deck, top deck or adults retreat.
Adults retreat includes a separate sitting area with piano, desk & books.
Kids of all ages will also love playing table tennis, shooting hoops or an array of games.

PET POLICY:
There is a Pet Surcharge of $80 per stay.
No cats or puppies. 2 dogs maximum.
•Only fully house-trained dogs are allowed inside the property.
•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.
•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable.
•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.
•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on the furniture at any time.
•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised inside the home at any time.
•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.
•Guests must dispose of pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.
•Guests should ensure arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.
•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.
