Centrally located Capitol Hill provides walking distance to SAIT, the U of C, McMahon Stadium, Kensington as well as transit. Within 2 blocks there is an Earls, Starbucks, Carls Jr, Subway, Sushi, Loco - Lou's, Cannabis, Liquor stores, Comic bookstore and many local businesses Professionally cleaned. WIFI is FREE and PETS are allowed!
The space
This is an open concept top floor apartment and has been extensively renovated with high end finishes. The main living area boasts a fully open concept space from the patio to the European inspired kitchen. Laundry machines are tucked away behind the double doors in the hallway. There is also a brand new 50-inch smart tv mounted and WIFI is included so you can easily connect to YouTube, Netflix, Ect. The kitchen had been tastefully renovated with beautiful matte cabinets to the quartz countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances. In the first bedroom we have a great room for kids or multiple adults with a bunk bed with a double bed below and twin bed above. At end end of the hall, you have 2 very nicely appointed bedrooms each with a Queen-sized bed. There are 2 beautifully finished washrooms one with a tub and the other a stand-up shower. Within 15 minutes to the Airport! This is one of the premiere locations in all of Calgary.
